REPS triple layer filter cartridge

The REPS triple-layer cartridge kit consists of an AISI 316L stainless steel filter mesh welded between two AISI 316L stainless steel microstirred plate supports. This system gives the cartridge high resistance to abrasion and chemicals. This filtration cartridge kit is suitable as an alternative to the Sandwich cartridge kit in more demanding conditions of use where polyester/nylon fabric is poorly suited.

The REPS triple-layer cartridge kit is available in different filtration grades and also includes two gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in the filters: ROTOR, ROTOR HP, VTO, VTO HP, VACUUM and VACUUM HP.

REPS double layer filter cartridge

The REPS double-layer cartridge kit is made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel with double-layer technology. This type of cartridge is very durable and is suitable as an alternative to polyester/nylon in more severe conditions of use where the use of fabric is not suitable.

The REPS double-layer cartridge kit is available in different filtration grades and also includes two gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in filters: AUTOJET, ACQUASPEED, TURBONET, BRUSH, SIMPLEX and FILTER V.

Filter cartridge Polyester

The polyester cartridge kit consists of an AISI 316L stainless steel mesh support into which the polyester (PES)/nylon (PA) filter fabric is inserted internally, this system allows for a wide range of filtration grades to choose from.

The cartridge kit also includes two gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in filters: AUTOJET, ACQUASPEED, TURBONET, BRUSH, SIMPLEX and FILTER V.

Sandwich Filter Cartridge

The Sandwich cartridge kit consists of a polyester (PES)/nylon (PA) filter fabric enclosed in a “sandwich” pattern between two AISI 316L stainless steel microstirred sheet metal supports and a polypropylene (PP) protective mesh, this system allows the polyester (PES)/nylon (PA) fabric to be preserved from rubbing by the suction pads in contact with the filter cartridge and at the same time allows for a wide range of filtration degrees.

The Sandwich cartridge kit is available in different filtration grades and also includes two gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in filters: ROTOR, ROTOR HP, VTO, VTO HP, VACUUM and VACUUM HP.

FITO Filter Cartridge

The FITO cartridge consists of several triangular profiles made of AISI 316L stainless steel (also available in Duplex upon request), the combination of which determines the degree of filtration.

The FITO cartridge kit is available in different degrees of filtration and also includes two seals made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in filters: ROTOR, ROTOR HP, VTO, VTO HP, VACUUM, VACUUM HP and FILTER V.

MICROPERFORATED FILTER CARTRIDGE

The microperforated cartridge kit consists of an AISI 316L stainless steel filter mesh made with round holes arranged at 60°. This system gives the cartridge high resistance to abrasion and chemicals; it is suitable for types of filtration with separation of coarse material.
This filtration cartridge kit is suitable as an alternative to the FITO cartridge kit when an absolute degree of filtration is required.

The microperforated cartridge kit is available in different filtration grades and also includes two gaskets made of EPDM, NBR, Viton or silicone.

It is used in filters: TURBONET, BASKET, SIMPLEX, ROTOR, ROTOR HP, VTO and VTO HP.

Cleaning systems
Spraynozzles Technology

SPRAYnozzles technology is particularly suitable for all processes where suspended solids are difficult to remove; pressurized water jets ensure deep cleaning of the filter element.

Brush Technology

Brush technology involves cleaning the filter element using a rotating shaft equipped with brushes, by which noncolloidal suspended solids are removed.

VTO Technology

VTO technology uses the principle of suction scanning to remove suspended solids. The combination of rotary and translatory motion of the cleaning shaft allows the use of fewer suction nozzles and ensures very low water consumption in cleaning at low pressures.

Flexsuction Technology

SATI’s innovative FlexSuction system maximizes the performance of the suction scanning system due to the special flexible conformation of the suction pad that ensures a perfect fit with the filter surface. This technology uses maximum suction efficiency while ensuring perfect cleanliness of the filter network, with reduced water consumption.
